For the Base :
We did this fort Via Karanjale Phata due to Availability of Local transport from Kalyan Bus Depot. Karanjale village is located on Malshej Highway just after Khubi Phata which is around 2km from Khubi phata.
From the Base:
Trail goes from Right side of Road.
Make a traverse to first hill and you will be on top of it. Fort should be in front of you. You can see the trail coming up. First rock for your marking is in photo.
Then we need to be cautious and follow the trail with steps.
You will see Ganesh Idol carving and then set of water tanks.
Top of Fort shows best view of Lake and Harishchandragad.
